What state should Nelson visit next?
During a dinner conversation over how many states we've been to, it turns out that I've been to 27 states. What should be the next new state I visit? Additional considerations:
- getting a chance to hit multiple states at once
- states that strike me as "should've visited by now"
- just an overall nice place to be / vacation
- proximity to / cheap flights from Los Angeles

Update: Nelson hasn't traveled to any of these states just yet. Though he'll likely be going to Tennessee next month (April 2010)

I must admit, I voted for Tennessee for selfish reasons – because I have never been there and wanted you to go scope it out and let me know if I should go.
